I've never been a fan of the romper. There are just people that can pull off the look, and some people that can't. I've always considered myself one of the people that couldn't. But then I saw this:

and I had to give it a shot. It's actually super-flattering. I highly recommend it. It's very drapey and easily wearable. I could run around after my kids in it or wear it out at night (and it's highly unusual to find one item that could pull these two things off). Plus, it's Isabel Marant (from her Etoile line), which means it's incredible quality and it has that certain cool French je ne sais quoi. You can buy it here.

I'm really loving sweatshirts right now. Normally they seem a little too casual for my look, but when they're cashmere (like this one), you simply can't argue that. Plus I think this would look great with the genie pants I've become enamored with. And with shorts this summer (for cool nights), and with skinny jeans of any stripe or pattern....

Crayola Window Markers

Finally, something for the little ones. I just found these and think they'd be such fun for kids. They could make a spring scene on your windows for you (how's that for free decorating?), or any other kind of seasonally appropriate motif, or just draw to their heart's content. Since it's still too cold in a lot of places for sidewalk chalk, this seems like a perfect indoor alternative! You can purchase them here. Have a lovely weekend!!

Not gonna lie... I own the window markers and they are awesome!
