Men's footwear is making its way into women's closets this season. Loafers and oxfords that look like they might be borrowed from your father, brother, husband, etc. are now finding their way onto the feet of fashionable women. But there also are some racier options (with animal prints, metallics, bright colors, pointed toes, or heels) that add a feminine touch. Perfect with pants, boyfriend jeans, or skinny jeans, these shoes also look great with dresses (see One Cardigan, Two Outfits below), skirts (of the maxi or mini variety), and shorts. Most of these shoes are also super comfortable (with the possible exception of the Alexander Wang It-shoe with very high heels and pointed toes), which is a quality of men's footwear I don't mind borrowing.
Try them on!! You may be persuaded to leave strappy sandals behind for good.
